Monkey helps me
cook,
but I do not cook at all.
Monkey is no help.

various verses
All Alone
Alone in the cold world,
Bold, but silent
Violent, but nothing to hurt,
Hurt, alone, no one to care,
One left no more, no less,
Alone in the cold world.
Cold, on one to love,
Staring down at your past, wondering why,
Last, no one to love, feelings forgotten,
Aimlessly staring, while life passes you by,
Cold, no one to love.
Silent, but hatred rages on,
Shrieking with pain, but no sound comes out,
All rays of hope, blocked by Anger,
Laughter, joy, and happiness all forgotten,
Unvoiced as dawn, but filled with furry,
Silent, but hatred rages on.
But, buds must bloom,
Hope must find it's way,
Joy must sing,
Laughter must rise,
Happiness must flood the air,
Cats and dogs must dance together, forgetting their
long rivalry,
No more staring at the past, but the present and
future once again,
Buds must bloom.
Waltzing through fields of buttercups,
The fire of hatred has burned out,
All grudges long forgotten,
Silent, no longer floods the land,
Birds sing to their mates,
Deer prance through meadows,
You saunter through woods watching flowers bloom,
Waltzing through fields of buttercups.

(some good advice from a friend!)
Hi there, monkey! You're so cute
In your little birthday-suit.
You win the prize, you've got the look;
You take the biscuit as the cook.
Your treat and pictures spread good cheer,
They take us through the monkey year.
The world-wide-web has brought you fame -
Now every body knows your name.
You're and icon, you're a star!
The one we worship from afar.
But don't forget your primate roots -
Don't get too big for your boots!
